great tips! Our chickies are still in their box, but when they get to their coop, we plan to use a nipple waterer to avoid mess. To begin with we chose a rodent watering bottle! ...the kind with a metal tube & ball. They love it and I'm not picking shavings out of their waterer anymore - woohoo!
